We do not offer refunds if you've been serviced at any point in time, or if you've been a customer for longer than 15 days. To be eligible for a full refund within 15 days, you must not have received any services.
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds or credits for service delays. Please respect the fact that this is a Seasonal Contract service, and while we do our best to service everyone fast and consistently, we may experience variables outside of our control that may affect timing. We ask that you judge the quality of our service over the course of an entire winter, and not just on one service.
In the case that a service was missed, please e-mail us at email@example.com with your order information, and upon review and approval, we may process a credit to your account for up to $40. Your service is considered "Missed" if you've been waiting longer than 36 hours after the storm ends. Credits do not apply for the following scenarios:
- cars/obstructions preventing service
- service already completed upon provider's arrival
- client provided wrong service address
Plow Credit Orders
Plow Credits are non-refundable. You always have the option to use your credit for a future snowfall. Credits do not expire.
Refunds or credits may only be requested via e-mail or text (844)-600-1002. Please be advised that it can take up to 7 business days to approve the refund and another 7-10 days for it to be processed. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.

Missed plow service. Maximum of $40 credit per missed service. Does not apply to Plow Credit orders.
Any item or service that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Once your refund request has been received, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 7 business days.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuing bank.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
